Guide teams through the Scrum process to maximize value delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Ensure delivery aligns with established business goals and timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 3–5 years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience applying Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Rally, Confluence, and MS Teams.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and facilitation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
