Description

You will guide agile delivery teams and scale Agile practices within enterprise infrastructure and security programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Manage and customize Jira boards and Kanban workflows to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Act as the liaison between engineering, product owners, and leadership, actively removing blockers.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture by coaching teams on Agile best practices and reporting key metrics.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on Kanban and Agile Coaching.
• Advanced Jira expertise, including complex workflow management and automation.
• Experience with Agile delivery in technical environments, specifically infrastructure and DevOps.
• Strong understanding of security stacks: HSMs, Key Management, Encryption, and PAM.
• Proven ability to train and mentor Agile teams and champion organizational adoption.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated project delivery success in Azure and AWS environments.
• Support for infrastructure and security initiatives related to KMS and key lifecycle management.
