Description

You will coach cross-functional teams in Agile and Scrum practices to drive effective delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in adopting Agile methodologies, Kanban, and maintaining Jira hygiene.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business priorities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to maintain progress across multiple teams.
• Coach teams in servant leadership and Agile principles to improve delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments.
• 4+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Experience supporting technology or data-driven teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in project management, program management, or delivery management roles.
