You will facilitate agile frameworks to help teams meet business objectives and maximize value delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate standard ceremonies including backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach teams to self-organize and self-manage using collaborative engagement techniques.
• Facilitate story sizing during sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
• Remove impediments, make issues visible, and escalate problems as necessary.
• Manage budget and status reporting when a Project Manager is not assigned to the effort.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to work with Product Owners to determine staffing requirements.
• Knowledge of iterative and incremental development processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience as an RTE (Release Train Engineer).
