Facilitate Agile delivery for application development and production support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Apply Kanban methodologies to manage workflows and optimize team velocity.
• Track progress and improve performance using empirical data and burn-down charts.
• Navigate complex cross-matrix structures involving business, technology, and risk disciplines.
• Support the management of mission-critical, highly available customer-facing applications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• 4+ years of practical Agile experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer, or Project Manager.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, and SQL.
• Experience managing highly available platforms and technology production support.
• Ability to implement information security strategies and enterprise roadmaps.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or higher.
