Description

You will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work through effective backlog management and release planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize the feature and story backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead release planning and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze and resolve impediments, troubleshooting issues to keep teams on track to meet sprint goals.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, fostering a servant leadership mindset and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology working within an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables with hands-on leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira for tracking progress, pulling reports, and generating actionable insights.
• Strong experience facilitating key Agile ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and team members across global locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting "Train the Trainer" sessions to empower team self-improvement.
