Description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coordinate sprint planning activities
• Work closely with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
• Understand the complete SDLC from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Facilitate technical discussions and help teams identify dependencies, risks, and technical blockers
• Coordinate development, QA, UAT, release, and production activities
• Monitor velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and other Agile metrics
• Support teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills with excellent communication abilities
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, Python, and automated testing
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence tools
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with risk and dependency management experience
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced environment
