Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and optimize team flow within a SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure and Operation teams to prioritize the team backlog and align with organizational objectives.
• Coach teams in SAFe principles and practices to identify and eliminate bottlenecks to flow.
• Collaborate with developers and operations on application monitoring, production support, change management, and software quality.
• Execute transformation objectives including Product-Centric Software Engineering, cloud migration, Agile operations, DevOps, and automation.
• Track and generate Scrum completion metrics and reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in information technology.
• Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing impediments to closure.
• Experience operating in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to research and analyze business, software, and infrastructure processes.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project.
• Experience with data analytics, reports, MS Excel, and Tableau.
• SAFe PM/PO and/or Scrum Master Certification.
