Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teams on self-organization and coach them toward higher Agile maturity.
• Remove impediments by implementing necessary process changes.
• Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with the Product Owner to define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and manage changes to schedule or cost.
• Collect project metrics and communicate status to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• At least 4 years of direct experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with ALM tools including JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience tracking product and sprint backlogs, burn-down metrics, velocity, and work breakdowns.
• Ability to monitor engineering processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS.
• Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
