Scrum Master

Manage software delivery across feature and technical teams while implementing the release train framework.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and handoffs between offshore and onshore groups to bridge operational gaps.
• Run daily standups for offshore and onshore anchors to coordinate tasks and resolve open questions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to drive delivery process standards and standardization across feature teams.
• Support program delivery by participating in daily release calls and managing monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain necessary documentation to unblock teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software release coordination within a product environment.
• Proficiency in Jira for task tracking and team management.
• Experience managing dependencies and capacity planning within a release train framework.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams, specifically within Angular or Javascript environments.
• Competency in integration planning with upstream and downstream systems.
• Experience in driving issue resolution from feature development through to production.
• Multi-disciplinary background as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Data Analyst.
