Description

You will lead dedicated Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products through Agile principles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members and leaders on Agile mindsets and organizational change.
• Manage project status reporting, risk mitigation, and issue management.
• Forecast iteration deliverables and manage estimation, planning, and velocity.
• Review weekly support metrics, SLAs, and KPIs with IT Service Owners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of project development experience using Agile technologies.
• 3+ years of experience coaching individuals and teams on Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Expertise in Scrum techniques, artifacts, backlog refinement, and user stories.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC models and traditional project management principles.
• Ability to manage CI/CD implementation and automation for building, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile implementation in ERP platforms within the Supply Chain Management domain.
• Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, CSC, ASCM, PSM, or DevOps.
• Experience leading Enterprise Agile Transformations in global organizations.
