Description

You will guide development teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a prioritized and well-prepared product backlog.
• Identify, eliminate, or escalate impediments to protect the team from external interruptions.
• Track and communicate team metrics such as velocity and cycle time to support data-driven decisions.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values to promote transparency and accountability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile Methodology and Scrum frameworks.
• Expertise in Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Proficiency in Product Backlog Management.
• Experience facilitating Agile practices across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage team dynamics and foster collaboration.
• Strong background in coaching teams on Agile maturity and adoption.
