Responsibilities

• Manage Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories and definition of done.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to maintain team velocity.
• Organize team workflows to align with agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Mandatory Scrum Master certification.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum artifacts, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology fundamentals and other agile frameworks.
• Experience working within the insurance domain.
• Proven servant leadership and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using JIRA, JAMA, and Confluence.
