Description

Facilitate Agile processes and guide software teams through Scrum and Kanban methodologies to improve delivery, self-management, and transparency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team and organization on Agile ceremonies, practices, and values.
• Assess team maturity and coach members toward sustainable improvements.
• Remove impediments and facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making.
• Build a safe environment for problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• Improve transparency by identifying and reporting key KPIs and progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, and eXtreme Programming.
• Experience with SAFe, ATDD, TDD, and BDD.
• Proficiency in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of Burndown technologies and Retrospective formats.
• Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Pairing.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web and Mobile App development.
• Background in software delivery, project management, or requirements gathering.
