You facilitate agile processes for software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage agile artifacts, including user stories and backlog refinement.
• Apply servant leadership to resolve conflicts and remove blockers for the development team.
• Manage project workflows using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Coordinate across the software development life cycle, bridging gaps between agile and waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master for software development projects.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques, automated testing, and backlog management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA.
• Experience implementing SAFe, Kanban, and XP frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and organizational management.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
