You will drive program delivery and execution for priority applications within a global technology team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure successful project outcomes and meet time-bound milestones.
• Coordinate with Dev, QA, and PM/BA teams across global offices to drive efficient planning and execution.
• Develop and revise processes to maintain application development standards within an Agile SDLC framework.
• Provide transparency to Senior Management regarding portfolio issues and risks, recommending strategies for efficient operations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts and building status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program and project management experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a successful delivery history.
• Proficiency in Agile and SDLC frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Technical competency in Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Ability to extract, explore, and mine data to answer business problems and document data flow.
• Strong capability in business requirements elaboration and systems/process flow analysis.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a global, distributed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a maturing Agile SDLC framework.
