Description

You will facilitate Agile adoption and coach teams to implement Scrum and other Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to institute and adopt Scrum and Agile techniques through continuous questioning and improvement.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Agile leaders to ensure resilient and permanent Agile practices.
• Develop Agile training materials and provide group or one-on-one training for management, teams, and Product Owners.
• Observe program activities like sprint, release, and roadmap planning to provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to defined Scrum processes, including status reporting, compliance, and estimation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering Agile training and coaching within transforming organizations.
• Ability to implement and improve Agile principles while coaching customers on recommended approaches.
• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expert-level Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, SPC, or CSP.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background with a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices.
• Experience in Agile thought leadership.
