Description

You will facilitate Agile processes for a data science and machine learning team, removing impediments and tracking progress.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through Scrum ceremonies and workflows.
• Track progress and manage workflows using Jira.
• Collaborate with the technical team to remove impediments.
• Facilitate team processes within an Agile environment.
• Support ML and Data Science teams without performing programming tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expert proficiency in Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience working directly with ML/Data Science teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
