Description

Own the Scrum process for CRP, Data Lake, and OMI system teams in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain sprint cadence.
• Remove impediments and coach team members on Agile best practices.
• Track sprint progress and velocity metrics in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure backlog grooming aligns with OMI priorities and coordinates with Product Owners.
• Collaborate with Illinois DoIT during IAM/IGA integration sprints.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting Agile teams in a technical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for tracking metrics and backlog management.
• Experience with CRP and Data Lake environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement.
