Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Standups
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
• Provide clear status reporting and executive-level updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Project Management and Program Planning.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and delivery governance skills.
• Experience with:

Preferred Skills

• Financial services or financial domain experience.
