Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure delivery flow for development projects in Chicago.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments to optimize team velocity and flow.
• Monitor project progress, analyze reports, and communicate status to leadership.
• Assess team health and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development life cycles and Agile practices.
• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong servant leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience defining Done, user stories, and automated testing integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).
• Experience with XP and Waterfall methodologies.
