Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for DevOps and Salesforce teams in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Lead and mentor DevOps and Salesforce teams to improve collaboration and performance.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure consistent team progress.
• Guide teams in the practical application of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
• Champion continuous improvement and foster collaboration with organizational stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple agile teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, project management, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and DevOps technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
