Description

You will serve as a servant leader and coach for cross-functional agile teams within the payment domain, specifically supporting EPS Reporting and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies to ensure consistent workflow.
• Apply agile-based SDLC practices to deliver customer-oriented solutions.
• Remove technical and organizational impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and quality.
• Guide teams through complex, cross-functional work within the payment domain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing teams using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within the EPS Reporting domain.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
