Description

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams to improve delivery performance and collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to enhance performance, collaboration, and Agile maturity.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful sprint execution and goal alignment.
• Track team progress, metrics, and delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate Scrum of Scrums.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
• Strong practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Proven servant leadership and Agile coaching experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Facilitation skills for managing Agile metrics and ceremonies.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting supply chain, retail, logistics, or RMS initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
