Description

Lead project and product delivery by managing scope, planning, and execution to completion within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Agile processes and Scrum procedures to ensure teams operate effectively within sprint models.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Eliminate blockers and coach team members on Agile best practices and mindset.
• Track and distribute key metrics such as CFD, Burndown/up, Velocity, Story Points, and Defects to drive incremental process improvements.
• Lead collaborative decision-making and problem-solving sessions involving customers and third-party partners.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of IT or Scientific experience.
• 5 years of experience specifically in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
• Proven experience using SNOW and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of eCommerce downstream systems, including order management, payment processes, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead stakeholders and third-party partners toward technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Certification.
• Background working with Scientists.
