You will facilitate agile processes and manage project delivery for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups and help the team reach consensus on goals.
• Identify project goals, needs, and scope while managing necessary resources.
• Plan, monitor, and document tasks to ensure deliverables are met promptly.
• Remove obstacles to progress and protect the team from external distractions.
• Manage project risks and ensure all work meets required standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong Agile Project Management skills.
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes.
• Ability to help teams define achievable sprint goals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
