Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• 12+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with complex digital product environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach team resilience and collaboration.
• Experience with hybrid or fully remote team structures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
