Description

You will drive delivery in complex environments, managing Scrum ceremonies and predictive waterfall program management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Run Scrum sessions and manage backlogs in Azure DevOps.
• Execute predictive waterfall program management to ensure timeline and budget targets.
• Manage multi-system integrations, specifically involving Salesforce and Banner.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate status reports.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional working experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing projects using predictive waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrable ability to function as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience managing multi-system integrations, particularly with Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
