Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum framework and core agile principles.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading feedback sessions and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Track key performance indicators to help teams deliver quality solutions on time.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant capacity.
• Strong practical experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expert knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.
• Experience integrating hybrid project management models (Agile/Waterfall).
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM or PSM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Government project experience.
