Description

You will drive team performance and Agile adherence as a Scrum Master.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure strict adherence to Agile practices.
• Coach the team on Agile principles and continuous improvement strategies.
• Assist the team with understanding programming tasks and database querying needs.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant capacity.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Must hold a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
