Description

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Mentor teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to drive maturity.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to support project delivery.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on team performance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align efforts with goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools.
• Technical familiarity with database querying/programming.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Experience with government projects.
