You will facilitate Scrum activities, ensure adherence to agile principles, and drive continuous improvement for high-quality product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver solutions on time.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience with Clienture DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience with DB querying and programming.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools.
• 3+ years of experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall).
• Bachelor’s degree (complete and verifiable).

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Government or ERP experience.
