Job Responsibilities include:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth team execution.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery timelines.

Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Track and report key metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and release readiness to stakeholders.

Leverage P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure solutions align with business workflows and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (Scrum/Agile certifications preferred).

8–10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, or project management within the insurance domain.

Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum principles in a P&C insurance environment.

Proven ability to manage backlog alignment, remove impediments, and track delivery metrics while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
