Description

Lead Agile delivery teams in complex enterprise environments. You will support multiple Scrum teams and cross-functional programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments for delivery teams.
• Drive Agile adoption and best practices within P&C Insurance contexts.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery programs and multiple teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of Agile projects in complex enterprise settings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience working within Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering Agile projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams.
• Experience supporting cross-functional delivery programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
