Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth team execution and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices to foster collaboration.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity and timelines.
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog.
• Track and report key metrics including velocity and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile delivery or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage backlog alignment and remove impediments.
• Experience within the P&C insurance domain is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Scrum/Agile certifications are preferred.
