Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for large-scale IT system development and integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent sprint teams through complex, multi-year project lifecycles.
• Manage software development processes across all phases of the SDLC.
• Coordinate delivery for geographically distributed virtual teams of at least 10 members.
• Oversee multiple iterations and production releases for systems supporting over 5,000 users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT system development projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT system integration projects.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile or Hybrid Agile development environments.
• 4+ years of experience across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 2+ years of experience leading geographically distributed virtual teams with 10+ members.
• Proven experience managing systems with over 5,000 users and multi-year project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP certification.
• CSM certification.
