Description

You will serve as a Scrum Master supporting a team building systems and processes to manage client ESG information as the source of truth.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Run and coordinate sprints, standups, demos, and retrospectives using Kanban methodology.
• Plan and solve problems with product management and delivery teams.
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration while removing obstacles.
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.
• Coach team members on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master on projects using Kanban methodology, or 5 years with a high school degree.
• Proficiency in project management, including structuring discussions and setting timelines.
• Experience with Jira or Trello.
• Familiarity with Kanban methodology.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings across organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing at all levels.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
