Description

Lead a high-performing team through a Scaled Agile transformation as a servant leader and coach.

Responsibilities

  • Coach the team to enable self-organization and ownership of sprint goals and PI objectives.
  • Guide the team in agile development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and TDD.
  • Ensure all work aligns with program design principles, engineering practices, governance, and quality standards.
  • Mentor team members to increase capability, productivity, and adherence to agile ways of working.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Hands-on experience with Kanban and Lean processes.
  • Working knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development).
  • Experience using Jira for project tracking.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP XI.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
