Lead a high-performing team through a Scaled Agile transformation as a servant leader and coach.
Responsibilities
- Coach the team to enable self-organization and ownership of sprint goals and PI objectives.
- Guide the team in agile development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and TDD.
- Ensure all work aligns with program design principles, engineering practices, governance, and quality standards.
- Mentor team members to increase capability, productivity, and adherence to agile ways of working.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Kanban and Lean processes.
- Working knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development).
- Experience using Jira for project tracking.
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with SAP XI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
