You will facilitate agile delivery and team coordination within a financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Owners with story writing, backlog maintenance, and prioritization.
• Facilitate estimation and planning at both team and program levels.
• Shield the team from outside distractions, context switching, and interference.
• Track and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, issue, and risk-related activities.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Active participation and hands-on experience with PI Planning.
• Direct experience working within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency with Jira for planning, tracking, reporting, and roadmapping.
• Experience working with multi-geo, offshore, or remote teams.
• Ability to establish project processes to ensure compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Jira methodologies.
