Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery for cross-functional teams in Dallas.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts with backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment.
• Remove impediments and serve as a servant-leader for Agile teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery.
• Report sprint metrics, team velocity, and performance to IT leadership.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Jr. Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery teams in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Smartsheet and Figma for project tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar).
