Facilitate agile delivery for software development teams working on digital initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum ceremonies, practices, and values.
• Remove impediments to maintain team velocity.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and maturity.
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Drive continuous process improvement using Lean thinking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, XP, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe.
• Practical experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, and BDD.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• Proficiency in facilitation, servant leadership, and situational awareness.
• Ability to use Burndown technologies and Retrospective formats.
• Experience applying Agile Games and other engagement techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web and Mobile App development.
• Background in software delivery, project management, or requirements gathering.
