Description

Facilitate agile delivery within data science and ML engineering contexts. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align sprint deliverables with business objectives.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate work across data engineering, analytics, and platform teams.
• Maintain transparency on team progress using Agile tools and support backlog prioritization.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps for tracking and transparency.
• Understanding of the CI/CD process for machine learning (MLOps).
• Familiarity with data science concepts: data wrangling, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience working with data pipelines and infrastructure alongside Data and ML Engineers.
• Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, Jupyter, MLflow, Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure ML.
• Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and translating technical concepts.
