Description

Facilitate agile processes and manage project delivery for development teams in Delaware City, DE.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and sprint deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks to increase scrum maturity.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and process new requests.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile Frameworks.
• Experience managing project scope and timelines.
• Proven ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies and retrospectives.
• Experience handling backlog management with product owners.
• Ability to act as a primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder communications.
