Description

You will facilitate Agile Scrum processes and coach the team on core principles to ensure efficient delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.
• Work with the project team to prioritize the project backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders while tracking KPIs.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience using Jira Boards for Agile project management.
• Ability to lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Any Graduate degree.
