Guide teams and organizations on applying Agile/Scrum practices to improve customer delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams toward self-organization and fill gaps left in Agile frameworks.
• Assess team Scrum maturity and coach toward sustainable growth.
• Remove impediments or guide others to resolve them to keep work flowing.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean).
• 8+ years experience in end-to-end IT Project, Program, or Portfolio Management.
• Strong experience across Waterfall, iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in facilitating daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demo, and retrospectives.
• Proven ability to coach individuals on Agile practices over processes.
• Experience tracking and removing impediments effectively.
• Familiarity with backlog tracking, velocity, and burn-down metrics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
