Description

You will lead agile delivery for software development teams in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 15-20 members across different geographies.
• Facilitate Scrum techniques and maintain artifacts including user stories, backlog refinement, and definition of done.
• Gather and document requirements using Jira or other online agile tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, tech leads, and leadership.
• Drive task management and resolve conflicts to ensure project progress.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience managing large, distributed teams.
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to manage tasks proactively and maintain high organizational standards.
• Basic understanding of SQL, AWS Cloud, and databases.
• Strong communication and servant leadership capabilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.
