Description

You will facilitate and guide teams operating within Agile and Scrum frameworks to delight customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team and organization on using Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Supervise IT project management, including tracking impediments.
• Lead and coach teams on maximizing self-organization.
• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies and strong PI Planning.
• Manage team leadership, networking, and negotiation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Expert knowledge of PI Planning.
• Proficiency in SAFe Agile Strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum Practices.
• Proven ability to multitask while supervising people.
• Strong communication, hiring, training, and coaching skills.
• Any Graduate education.
