Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to oversee development teams and bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to ensure team alignment.
• Collect, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements to support complex business processes.
• Remove impediments for the scrum team and ensure the use of collaborative processes.
• Manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items while tracking project deliverables and financials.
• Train and mentor teams on agile values, principles, and practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Ability to plan and organize product demos and system testing.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• SAFe experience.
