Description

You will facilitate agile processes and manage project delivery within a development team environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and risks while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
• Coach team members in agile frameworks and guide development teams toward higher scrum maturity.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with XP, Crystal, and FDD methodologies.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Ability to forecast deliverable capacity based on evidence and reliable data sources.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Strong coaching skills to implement effective agile workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams in Dubai.
• Background in software development processes.
