Description

Lead ServiceNow project execution using SAFe Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming and PI planning readiness.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from outside interference during sprints.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and ensure focus on high business value.
• Track project deliverables, conduct capacity planning, and report progress using defined metrics.
• Coach the team on self-organization, problem-solving, and increasing maturity at a sustainable pace.

Required Skills

• 3+ years managing infrastructure or software development projects.
• ServiceNow product knowledge in CMDB/APM and SAM/HAM.
• Experience working with software development teams applying Scrum principles and SDLC.
• Proficiency with agile tools, specifically Rally.
• Proven experience in change management, risk management, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership approach.
• Ability to manage high-performing resources and work with non-co-located teams.
• Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM I certification.
• SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master certification.
